WHAT TO EXPECT
✨ Warm up, Stretch, Dance Your Dance: A lush, flavourful soundscape to move & groove to (75 mins+).
✨ Open Circle: facilitated movement resources & self-enquiry to deepen into.
✨ Integration: a moment to reflect on your movement practice, solo or with a partner.
✨ Closing Circle: a few collective words and a chance to complete our time together.
Feel free to join just for the dance or stay for more—whatever feels right for you.
